About the artist
Kairo Urovi was born in 2000, in Fano, Italia. He lives and works between London and Shkoder. His photographic work explores his transness, queer identity and most recently has meddled with truth and fictional archives. Their work has been presented in institutions such as Bazament (Tirana, 2025), Paris Photo (France, 2023), Tirana Art Lab (Albania, 2023) and Burgh House London (United Kingdom, 2021).
